The great berry has two locations, which we both got to test. The place offers vegan and glutenfree breakfast and lunch. Food allergens are clearly indicated and staff is very informed. Bagels are standard GF. Great place for healthy and yummy food!

Whether it's breakfast or lunch, smoothie bowls are always a plus in summer. @the_great_berry has açaí bowls to offer. Positive: sitting outside, lots of granola and cocoa nibs ? The great Berry Bowl - Kiwis ? exchanged for berries, but was forgotten - very runny and you couldn't taste the mangos, either, berries either (unfortunately category neutral taste) granola also rather neutral, after all, not overly sugared But it looks great ... Conclusion: for € 8.90 I prefer to make my own smoothie bowls I know a lot of smoothie bowls - Bali, Australia and Thailand, for example, unfortunately this can't keep up: /

Sweet little shop. Inconspicuous from the outside (winter). If you go. When you come you are greeted in a friendly manner There is a good small selection of different bowls. From berry bowls to those made from yoghurt there is a good selection. For afternoon or midday snacks, there are also salads or hearty vegetarian dishes. Since we were only there in the morning, we only tried breakfast bowls. You can order different types of coffee or a fresh juice of your choice with the bowls. Smoothies can also be ordered. We had the acai, the raspberry, and the cereal bowl. All delicious. Freshly prepared and tasty. The coffee and an orange-ginger juice went really well with it. Small and cozy, you can enjoy your bowls in a room at the back. Just no rush or stress. Enjoy this treat !!!

Definitely on the pricier side, but a good selection of good tasting vegan foods. Please do something about the flies though! It's hard to enjoy your order when you're surrounded by them!

Nice, small shop with attention to detail. The bowls are delicious. There is a relatively large selection of drinks. The service is nice and polite. A visit is worthwhile in any case, if one stands on healthy food.

Place is nice, service slow but nice. However, I am born and raised in amazon region and I can say that, for sure, the Açai bowl doesn’t taste at all like Açai... it is pretty much Banana.

The best place in Cologne to have healthy breakfast or lunch! Special diets are taken into account, good coffee possible with special milks and smart service! The prices are reasonable considering the ingredients. If you wish to sit down but there are no places, customer rotation is fast so no worries with getting a place! For travellers reserve cash!

This breakfast is one of the hottest I have ever had. The ingredients are all super fresh and the combination a dream. Even the banana bread is awesome and just perfect. The cafe - great! Definitely a MUST!

Beautiful little shop for a healthy pit stop. Picked up a green juice, lemon juice, ginger shot and small green salad. Only downside for an american is they don’t/didn’t accept visa or American Express so I had to use cash.

I like the bowls, tried 4 of the smoothie and could say each was delicious. Fresh fruit and ingredients. The girls working there are also friendly. Speak English too. Very small seating area but they also make them to go so you can walk to a park/Platz and enjoy in the sun.

The location is pretty central. The shop itself is lovely. We were there around noon and the shop with full but had a lovely vibe.The staff is friendly but just took the dishes directly after we were done eating.The food was pretty good and was made in front in front of us. The coffee was also pretty good. All in all a good experience.

Great place for a healthy brunch, and a good selection of different variations of smoothie bowls. The only downside is that the venue is pretty small so there's not a lot of tables, but it is worth the wait!

I'm giving it four stars mainly due to the atmosphere, the smoothie bowl I had was aight but the broads (staff and customers) made up for it.

Staff is sometimes annoyed by customers. Also, the banana bread tastes like nothing similar to bananas and its pretty dry. The toppings on the bowls are as minimal as it can get. It is way too expensive for what you get.

The Great Berry is one of my favorite shops in Cologne, small but nice! There is also a small space in front of the door, especially in summer. There are not only great drinks and super healthy shots, but great healthy food! The bowls are delicious, but my absolute favorite is the salad with goat cheese (see photo) Yummie !!! The dishes are prepared with love and afterwards you feel comfortably full and not overloaded. Highly recommended, especially at lunchtime! The only criticism are the opening times: please like longer opening times! :-)

Brilliant food

They are selling the same bottled juices as in Rewe for double price. Not coming again. What a rip-off!
